Craig Chandler is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin. He has extensive experience in various executive management positions in family-owned businesses. Previously, he served as President and Director of Powersite LLC. In addition, he served as Executive Vice President of PEI, Inc. He currently serves on the board of Episcopal High School. 

 

Brenton Chandler is a graduate of the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas, with honors. Previously, he worked for a boutique lower-middle-market private equity firm. In addition, he worked as an Analyst at a large investment management firm in Houston. 

 

Matthew Mitchell played baseball at St. Edwards University in Austin and studied business at The University of Houston. He has both financial and operational expertise and currently serves as President of Falcon Pool Services, LLC, one of the largest pool service companies in Houston. Previously, he worked as an Analyst at Vaughan Nelson Investment Management. 

 

Brad Johnson is a seasoned Chief Financial Officer and assists with accounting across the portfolio companies. He has spent his career working with family-owned businesses including Canatxx, Ross Hill Controls, and Powersite LLC. He received his B.B.A in accounting from Texas A&M University.
